We're looking for a sharp, reliable Accountant to support bookkeeping, financial statement reviews, and expense management for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger entries
  • Record and categorize expenses and transactions
  • Review and reconcile financial statements on a weekly basis
  • Track and process expense reports; flag anomalies or discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, P&L summaries, and cash flow reports
  • Coordinate with clients via email and calls for document collection and clarifications
  • Maintain organised digital records and filing systems
  • Support audit preparation and respond to finance queries
  • Pay monthly invoices and bills; file monthly sales tax and other reports
  • Coordinate with CPA and QuickBooks on bookkeeping and ledger entries

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English — you can write clear emails and hold professional calls
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of numerical accuracy
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently from home
  • Organised and deadline-conscious — you don't let things slip
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools (MS Excel / Google Sheets at minimum)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Tally
  • Prior exposure to bookkeeping for US or international clients
  • Understanding of basic financial reporting concepts

We're hiring an HR Executive to own recruitment and payroll operations for our clients. Hands-on, client-facing — you'll source and screen candidates, manage the full hiring lifecycle, and handle payroll inputs and processing.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers professionally in English
  • Coordinate weekly payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, variable pay, additions and deductions
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule; generate pay slips and salary registers
  • Handle onboarding documentation and induction coordination for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with full & final settlement calculations for exiting employees
  • Respond to employee and client HR queries in a timely manner
  • Assist with insurance and payroll audits; maintain employee census securely

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English — strong written and spoken communication is non-negotiable
  • People-oriented with good instincts for evaluating candidates
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Reliable and self-managed — you meet deadlines without being chased
  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-friendly environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with payroll tools
  • Familiarity with HR platforms
  • Exposure to recruitment across tech, operations, or professional services roles
  • Understanding of payroll components: CTC structuring, deductions, gross vs net pay
